The Site describes CloudTech Solutions USA's services and lets you request an introductory consultation. Submitting the consultation form does not create a contract or engagement; any work we do together is governed by a separately signed statement of work or master services agreement.

- Use automated tools to harvest content or submit forms at scale
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system without prior written permission
- Interfere with the Site's normal operation, including via denial-of-service or related attacks

The Site's content — including copy, code, logos, and graphics — is owned by CloudTech Solutions USA or our licensors and is protected by US and international intellectual property law. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission, except for reasonable personal-use excerpts with attribution.

The Site may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Linking does not imply endorsement.
6. No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudTech Solutions USA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total cumulative liability under these Terms will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
